When David Chang opened Momofuku Noodle bar in New York in 2004, he introduced ramen to the western world and started a worldwide trend of noodle shops in metropolises around the world. Always a bit behind Copenhagen started seeing Ramen restaurants popping up earlier this year.

Fun fact: Chang named the restaurant Momofuku as a nod to the inventor of instant ramen Momofuku Ando and because of the words familiarity with motherfucker!
